هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى امتلاك طلاب الصف الثامن الأساسي بالمحافظات الجنوبية لمهارات الذات الرياضياتية، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (221) طالباً وطالبة من مديرية التربية والتعليم شرق غزة، واشتملت أداة الدراسة على: مقياس مفهوم الذات الرياضياتية، وقد استخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: التكرارات والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية واختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين. وأظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها: يوجد اختلاف في مفهوم الذات الرياضياتية بين الطلاب والطالبات. وقد أوصى البحث بتعزيز مفهوم الذات الرياضياتية لدى المراحل المختلفة من خلال طريقة الشرح وحل تمارين الكتاب المدرسي وتزويد المتعلمين بالتغذية الراجعة المناسبة. The goal of this research is to find out the extent to which eighth-graders in the southern governorates have sports self-skills. The researcher followed the descriptive approach and the study sample for the descriptive approach consisted of (221) Students from the East Gaza Directorate, the study tool included: The scale of mathematical self-concept. The following statistical methods were used: iterations, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, percentages and test "T" for two independent samples. The study showed several findings, the most important of which were: There's a difference in the concept of mathematical self between male and female students. The research recommended that the concept of mathematical self be enhanced at different stages by explaining, solving textbook exercises and providing learners with education with appropriate feedback.
