هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي درجة توظيف الفنون المسرحية لتوجيه سلوك الطفل من وجهة نظر معلمات الطفولة المبكرة. تكونت عينة الدراسة (257) معلمة الطفولة المبكرة في الفصل الدراسي الأول 2022م في مدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية حيث اتبعت الباحثة المنهج المختلط بالأسلوب المتقارب المتوازي واستخدمت الباحثة عدة أدوات للحصول على نتائج الدراسة وهي: (استبيان معرفة درجة توظيف الفنون المسرحية (إعداد الباحثة)، والمقابلة (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة توظيف الفنون المسرحية لتوجيه سلوك الطفل من وجهة نظر معلمات الطفولة المبكرة جاء بدرجة متوسطة وفقا للمعيار الذي اعتمده البحث حسب مقياس ليكرت الثلاثي. أوصت الدراسة بأهمية إدراج مقرر الفنون المسرحية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، والعمل على إقامة دورات تدريبية للمعلمات لتوظيف الفنون المسرحية في مرحلة الطفولة. The study aimed to investigate the degree of employing theatrical art to guide the child's behavior from early childhood teachers' point of view. The study sample was selected randomly and consisted of (257) early childhood teachers in the first semester of 2022 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The researcher followed the parallel converging approach. Two tools were used to collect data: a questionnaire to identify the degree of employability of theatrical art and an interview (prepared by the researcher). The results concluded that the degree of employing theatrical art to guide the child's behavior from early childhood teachers' points of view came to a medium degree according to the standard adopted by the research according to the three-point Likert scale the study recommended the establishment of a course in theatrical art for early childhood and holding training courses for female teachers to employ theatrical art in childhood.
