هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المدرسة في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى طلبتها وسبل تطويره من وجهة نظر المديرين، والكشف عن وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لهذا الدور، واقتراح مجموعة من السبل لتطويره، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه التحليلي، حيث قامت بتصميم استبانة من مكونة من (26) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (69) مديراً ومديرة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1) تقدير عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة المدرسة لدورها في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى طلبتها من حصل على وزن نسبي (67.41%) أي بدرجة متوسطة، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير العينة لدرجة ممارسة المدرسة لدورها في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى طلبتها تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، والمديرية)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير العينة لدرجة ممارسة المدرسة لدورها في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى طلبتها تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (عدد الدورات في مجال التكنولوجيا) لصالح 4 دورات فأكثر في مجال المناهج الدراسية، ومجال الطلبة. 2) كما تم التوصل لمجموعة من سبل تطوير هذا الدور من خلال مقابلات قامت بها الباحثة مع عدد من الخبراء التربويين، تمثلت في التالي: تطوير المناهج بما يتلاءم مع المستحدثات التكنولوجية المتسارعة، دمج التعليم الإلكتروني بالتعليم الوجاهي، تطوير أداء وقدرات المعلمين من خلال الدورات التدريبية الإلزامية وخصوصا مجال التعامل مع التكنولوجيا، العمل على إنشاء حاضنة للطلبة المبدعين الذين لديهم ميول تكنولوجية، تزويد الطلبة بأسماء مواقع تقدم دورات خاصة بالتكنولوجيا عبر الإنترنت. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالتالي: 1) عقد دورات تدريبة للمعلمين تكسبهم من خلالها تقنيات التكنولوجيا المتطورة وتجعلهم قادرين على استثمار طاقات الطلبة المبدعين. 2) تعزيز دور وزارة التربية والتعليم والمديريات والمشرفين في دعم الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى الطلبة. 3) تطوير المناهج في ضوء مهارات الإبداع التكنولوجي. The study aimed to identify the role of the school in promoting technological creativity among its students and ways to develop it from the point of view of managers, and to reveal the existence of differences between the average estimates of the sample members for this role, and to suggest a set of ways to develop it. A questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed over four areas, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (69) male and female managers. Among the most important findings of the study: 1) The study sample’s estimate of the degree of the school’s practice of its role in promoting technological creativity among its students who obtained a relative weight (67.41%), i.e. at a medium degree, the absence of statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the sample’s assessment of the degree of the school’s practice of its role in Enhancing technological creativity among its students due to study variables (gender, directorate), and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample estimation of the degree of the school’s practice of its role in promoting technological creativity among its students due to study variables (number of courses in the field of technology) in favor of 4 or more courses in the field of technology. 2) Curriculum and student area A set of ways to develop this role were also reached through interviews conducted by the researcher with a number of educational experts, as follows: developing curricula in line with the rapid technological developments, integrating e-learning with face-to-face education, developing the performance and capabilities of teachers through mandatory training courses, especially the field of dealing with technology, working to establish an incubator for creative students who have technological inclinations, providing students with the names of sites that offer technology-specific courses via the Internet.
