جاء اختيارنا لموضوع الدراسة- إعداد المعلم في مراحل التعليم العام من حيث رياض الأطفال والأساسي والثانوي- لما يمثله المعلم ضمير والطلاب أمانة وإذا فسد الضمير ضاعت الأمانة، إذ يعتبر المعلم في كل دول العالم محور بناء الإنسان وصمام أمان في نجاح العملية التعليمية التي تعد هي الأخرى أساس تقدم الشعوب وتطورها. كما إننا نهدف من هذه الدراسة ذات الرؤية الفلسفية الشاملة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأهمية الفنية للمعلم ومعرفة هندسته، وكيف يكون معلماً جيداً وناجحاً يفرق بين التعليم والتعلم، و ما هي خصائصه ومعرفته بهذه الأمانة وقيمتها، مسترشدين ببعض الأساسيات العلمية والفلسفة الواقعية التي ارتكزت عليها كثير من دول العالم في بناء المعلم. ولاشك أن الدراسة تحتاج إلى منهج علمي، واعتمدت على منهج التحليل النقدي بالإضافة إلى مناهج أخرى حسب ما تملية طبيعة الموضوع. ثم اختتمت الدراسة بالنتائج والتوصيات اهمها فيما يلي: 1) أن نجاح أي عملية تعليمية تعود في مجملها إلى الاهتمام بالأركان الأساسية لكل موقف تعليمي في الأساس الأول والتي تتمثل في المعلم والمتعلم والمنهج الدراسي، وثمة روافد أخرى تساهم بشكل إيجابي في نجاح العملية التعليمية مثل المرافق والإدارات التعليمية. 2) من أهم الاساسيات التي ينبغي على المعلم فهمها وإدراكها وتعد محور نجاح الموقف التعليمي، هو معرفه خصائص نمو المتعلمين وما صاحبها من تغيرات فسيولوجية بمختلف مراحلهم التعليمية، وخاصة من رياض الأطفال ومرحلة التعليم الأساسي إلى المرحلة الثانوية وذلك لضمان تحقيق أكبر قدر من التعلم في الزمن والعمر المناسبين.
