هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث عن المعوقات والأزمات والتحديات التي تواجه إتاحة التعليم الجيد وتطويره والتي تحول دون تحقيق أهداف البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة وكيفية الاستخدام الأمثل للاستراتيجيات الحديثة في إدارة الأزمات لمواجهة تلك المعوقات والأزمات المحتملة كي تتحقق أهداف البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة ومن ثم تتحقق لمصر رؤيتها 2030م، فتصبح دولة تتيح التعليم والتدريب للجميع بجودة عالية، وتكون دولة قادرة علي استثمار عبقرية المكان والإنسان، ما ينتج عنه تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة والارتقاء بجودة حياة المصريين، وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية معتمدة في منهجيتها في تحليل وتفسير الإشكالية على منهج المسح الاجتماعي على عينة من الخبراء والمتخصصين في مجال العدالة والتعليم. توصلت الدراسة إلى وعي وإدراك عينة الدراسة لأهمية تكوين فريق لإدارة الأزمات على مستوى المدارس والمديريات والإدارات التعليمية والكليات والجامعات وعقد تدريبات ونماذج محاكاة على إدارة الأزمات وتفعيل دور منظمات المجتمع المدني للتعاون مع وزارتي التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، لما له من دور بارز في توفير المعلومات النوعية المناسبة لمتخذي القرار حول الأزمات المتوقعة ووضع سيناريوهات لمواجهتها، ومن ثم تكون المدارس والإدارات والمديريات التعليمية ووزارة التربية والتعليم على استعداد لمواجهة أي أزمات محتملة والتخفيف من حدة آثارها الناتجة عنها حال حدوثها، تطبيق استراتيجية الوقاية من الأزمات يسهم بشكل فعال في إتاحة التعليم للجميع دون تمييز. This study aimed to search for obstacles, crises, and challenges facing the provision and development of quality education, which prevent the achievement of the goals of the social dimension of sustainable development, and how to optimally use modern strategies in crisis management to confront these potential obstacles and crises in order to achieve the goals of the social dimension of sustainable development, and then achieve Egypt's vision of 0202. It will become a country that provides education and training for all with high quality, and it will be a country capable of investing the genius of the place and the human being, which will result in achieving the goals of sustainable social development and improving the quality of life for Egyptians. This study falls within the analytical descriptive studies, based on its methodology in analyzing and interpreting the problem on the social survey method, on a sample of experts and specialists in the field of education. The study reached awareness and awareness of the study sample of the importance of forming a crisis management team at the level of schools, directorates, educational departments, colleges and universities, holding training and simulation models on crisis management and activating the role of civil society organizations to cooperate with the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, because of its prominent role in providing qualitative information It is appropriate for decision makers about the expected crises and the development of scenarios to confront them, so that schools, departments, educational directorates and the Ministry of Education are ready to confront any potential crises and mitigate their effects if they occur. The implementation of the crisis prevention strategy effectively contributes to making education available to all without discrimination. (Published abstract)
