تستهدف الورقة البحثية التوصل إلى آليات مقترحة لتطوير التعليم الجامعي المصري في ضوء الوظائف المستقبلية لسوق العمل الرقمي، فما يشهده الواقع من تغيرات تكنولوجية ومعرفية ورقمية أدت إلى تغير النظرة لطبيعة الوظائف التي يتطلبها سوق العمل، هو ما فرض حالة ملحة لضرورة مواكبة التعليم الجامعي المصري لهذه الوظائف التي يمتاز بها هذا العصر الرقمي كسوق عالمية صارت واقعا له متطلباته وقسماته وخصائصه، وتستعرض الورقة البحثية من خلال الوصف والتحليل والتوقع الاعتبارات الفلسفية والعملية لربط خريجي التعليم الجامعي بسوق العمل، وملامح هذا السوق الرقمي للعمل والوظائف المستقبلية المتوقعة، ووصولا لأهدافها وهي تقديم آليات تساعدنا في تطوير التعليم الجامعي المصري لتلبية متطلبات هذه الوظائف التي تمثل سوقا للعمل الرقمي العالمي. This research paper aims to reach proposed mechanisms for the development of Egyptian university education in light of the future jobs of the digital labor market. The jobs that characterize this digital age as a global market have become a reality with its requirements, features, and characteristics. The research paper reviews through description, analysis and prediction the philosophical and practical considerations to link university graduates to the labor market, the features of this digital market for work and expected future jobs, and to reach its objectives, which is to provide mechanisms that help us in develop Egyptian university education to meet the requirements of these jobs, which represent a global digital labor market.
