تبحث هذه الدراسة في اللامركزيَّة الإداريَّة في وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي النوعي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عشرين مدير ومديرة مدرسة بمراحل تعليمية مختلفة في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن اللامركزية الإدارية في التعليم في وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في ظل جائحة كورونا كان شكليا، وليس فعليا، وأن المعيقات التي تواجه تطبيق اللامركزية الإدارية في النظام التربوي الفلسطيني تحددت في معيقات بشرية، ومادية، وسياسية، واجتماعية. أوصت الدراسة على أهمية تدريب وتأهيل جميع الكوادر البشرية في وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية بمختلف المستويات الإدارية، وتمكينهم من مهارات تطبيق اللامركزية الإدارية في النظام التربوي. This study examines administrative decentralization in the Palestinian Ministry of Education during Corona pandemic from the point of view of school principals. The study used the qualitative descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of twenty school principals at different educational stages in the northern governorates of the West Bank. The results of the study revealed that administrative decentralization in education in the Palestinian Ministry of Education through Corona pandemic was formal, not actual. And the results showed obstacles facing the implementation of administrative decentralization in the Palestinian educational system were identified in human, financial support, political and social obstacles, The study recommended the importance of training and qualifying all human cadres in the Palestinian Ministry of Education at various administrative levels, and empowering them with the skills of applying administrative decentralization in the educational system.
