تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير وتعزيز الإبداع الإداري لدى الموظفين الإداريين المنتسبين للمديرية العامة للتربية والتعليم بمحافظة مسقط، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظراً لمناسبته لهذه الدراسة حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من منتسبي تعليمية مسقط البالغ عددهم (586) موظفاً وموظفة من الوظائف الإشراقية والتنفيذية، فقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة والإجابة على أسئلتها من خلال (30) فقرة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور حول: واقع تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإداري، واقع الإبداع الإداري في تعليمية مسقط، معوقات تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة أقسام ودوائر تعليمية مسقط؛ وذلك بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS في تحليل بيانات الاستبانة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعليمية مسقط بشكل عام جاء "مرتفع" بمتوسط حسابي (3.43) وانحراف معياري (0.86)، إضافة إلى أن الإبداع الإداري لدى منتسبي المديرية العامة للتربية والتعليم بمحافظة مسقط جاء بمتوسط حسابي (3.55) وانجراف معياري (0.86) وهو بمستوى "مرتفع" مع تأكيد نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود العديد من التحديات والمعيقات حالياً تعيق عملية تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في ظل الاحتياج الفعلي للمساهمة الإدارية في رفع مستوى الإجادة المؤسسية أو عن طريق الأفراد أنفسهم من خلال رفع مستوى أداءهم الفردي "إجادة"، حيث جاءت فقرة "عدم وجود دليل استرشادي لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإداري" أعلى أهمية نسبية بمقدار (82.4%). فقد أوصت الدراسة إلى أهمية رفع الوعي التقنية لدى جميع الموظفين وذلك من خلال تدريبيهم وتأهيلهم لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لرفع جودة الأعمال الإدارية وتحقيق الإجادة المؤسسية. This study aims to explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) applications on developing and enhancing administrative creativity among the administrative staff affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Muscat Governorate. The researcher employed the descriptive survey method due to its appropriateness for this study. The study population consisted of 586 employees in supervisory and executive positions within the Muscat educational sector. A questionnaire was used as the study tool to answer the research questions. The questionnaire comprised 30 items distributed across three axes: the reality of AI tools application in administrative work, the reality of administrative creativity in Muscat's educational sector, and the obstacles to implementing AI tools in managing the departments and divisions of Muscat's educational sector. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software. The study results revealed that the overall application of AI tools in Muscat's educational sector was "high," with a mean score of 3.43 and a standard deviation of 0.86. Additionally, the level of administrative creativity among the employees of the General Directorate of Education in Muscat was also rated as "high," with a mean score of 3.55 and a standard deviation of 0.86. However, the study also highlighted several current challenges and obstacles that hinder the effective implementation of AI tools, despite the actual need for administrative contributions to enhance institutional excellence or improve individual performance. The statement "the absence of a guide for employing AI technologies in administrative work" was the highest in relative importance, scoring 82.4%. The study recommended the importance of raising technical awareness among all employees by training and qualifying them to employ AI technologies to improve the quality of administrative work and achieve institutional excellence.
