هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإبداع المؤسسي، وعلاقته بالسلوك التنظيمي في المدارس الحكومية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث طبقت استبانة مكونة من محورين الإبداع المؤسسي، والسلوك التنظيمي على (383) معلما، ومعلمة في محافظة شمال الباطنة، والبريمي بسلطنة عمان. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الإبداع المؤسسي ومستوى السلوك التنظيمي في المدارس الحكومية بسلطنة عمان جاء كبيرا جدا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة، ودالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الإبداع المؤسسي، وأبعاد السلوك التنظيمي في المدارس الحكومية بسلطنة عمان، وتراوحت قوة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الضعيفة، والمتوسطة، مما يشير إلى أنه كلما زاد مستوى الإبداع المؤسسي في المدارس زاد السلوك التنظيمي. في ضوء النتائج السابقة توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني الوزارة، والمديريات تطبيق ما توصلت إليه أفكار المبدعين على أرض الواقع ليكون محفزا لهم، ولغيرهم على المزيد من الإبداع، وتوجيه مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لمديري المدارس نحو تعزيز التعاون بين المدارس، والشركاء الاستراتيجيين لتبادل الأفكار، والممارسات الابتكارية. The study aimed to investigate the reality of institutional creativity and its relationship with organizational behavior in government schools in the sultanate of Oman from the perspective of teachers. To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive correlational approach has been used. A questionnaire consisting of two axes: institutional creativity and organizational behavior, has been applied on a sample of 383 male and female teachers in government schools in north al Batinah and al Buraimi governorates in the sultanate of Oman. The results obtained from the study found that the level of institutional creativity and organizational behavior in government schools in sultanate of Oman, from the perspective of teachers, was found to be very high overall. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the dimensions of institutional creativity and the dimensions of organizational behavior in government schools in the sultanate of Oman. The strength of the correlation ranged from weak to moderate, indicating that as the level of institutional creativity in schools increases, the organizational behavior also increases. Based on the previous results, the study recommends the ministry and directorates to implement the ideas generated by innovators in real-life situations. School administration supervisors should be directed to enhance collaboration between schools, educational institutions, and strategic partners to exchange innovative ideas and practices.
