هدف البحث إلى معرفة دور التخطيط والتطوير التربوي في تنمية مهارات التواصل لدى معلمات التربية الإسلامية بمحافظة الأحمدي. وبحسب هذه المتغيرات للبحث تم دراسة الأدب النظري للمتغيرات وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة من معلمات التربية الإسلامية بمحافظة الأحمدي تكونت من (95) معلمة وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على العينة. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقدير عينة الدراسة لدور التخطيط والتطوير التربوي في تنمية مهارات التواصل لديهن كان بدرجة متوسطة في الدرجة الكلية وفي المحاور الفرعية، جاء ترتيب المحاور حسب أهمية دور التخطيط في تطويرها؛ ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور التخطيط والتطوير التربوي. وأوصى بدعم دور التخطيط والتطوير التربوي في تطوير العملية التعليمية وفي تنمية مهارات التواصل وذلك بدعم من القائمين على التخطيط والتطوير التربوي. The research aimed to know the role of educational planning and development in developing the communication skills of Islamic education teachers in Al-Ahmadi Governorate. According to these research variables. The theoretical literature on the variables was studied. And the descriptive approach was used on a sample of Islamic education teachers in AlAhmadi Governorate. which consisted of (95) teachers. and the research tools were applied to the sample and the results showed that the study sample’s assessment of the role of educational planning and development in developing their communication skills was moderate in the overall score and in the subaxes. The order of the axes was according to the importance of the role of planning in developing them. and the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample’s responses on the role of planning and development Educational. He recommended supporting the role of educational planning and development in developing the educational process and in developing communication skills. Support educational planning and development.
