هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة القرار لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة الأردنية. المنهجية: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث تم تطوير أدارة الدراسة "الاستبانة" والمكونة من جزئين الأول المتغيرات الديمغرافية والثاني أبعاد جودة القرار، ووزعت على عـيّنة مكونة من (303) مديرا ومديرة في مديرية التربية والنعليم للواء قصبة عمان، والجامعة، ووادي السير، في محافظة عمان. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى مرتفع لجودة القرار، ووجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة القرار لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة يُعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح (الذكور)، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح (الدراسات العليا)، ولمتغير الخبرة لصالح (أكثر من 10 سنوات). أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: إجراء دراسة حول جودة القرار لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في الأردن. The study aims to identify the level of decision quality among Jordanian private school principals. The descriptive, correlation approach was followed. A "questionnaire" was developed that consisted of two parts: the first was demographic variables and the second was areas of decision quality. It was distributed to a sample of (303) male and female principals in the Directorate of Education in the Kasbah of Amman, the University, and Wadi Al-Seer in the Amman Governorate. The study's findings came at a high level of decision quality, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of decision quality among private school principals were found due to the gender variable in favor of (males), the academic qualification variable in favor of (postgraduate studies), and the experience variable in favor of (more than 10 years). The study made several recommendations, including Conducting a study on the decision quality of public school principals in Jordan. (Published abstract)
