Organizing the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia between reality and importance [Article]
The study aimed to find out the reality and importance of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to reveal the relationship between the reality of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments and the importance of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments, and to reveal the differences between the opinions of the study sample individuals about the reality and importance of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments Depending on the job, academic qualification, practical experience in the field of educational supervision, and the size of the educational administration, the number of the study population reached (3729) educational supervisors, and the study sample consisted of (728) educational supervisors, and the method of random sample was taken, and the study used the method Descriptive, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool (a questionnaire) was prepared by the researcher whose validity and reliability were ascertained, and statistical methods were used in analyzing the results, which are: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, (T) test, analysis of unilateral variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient, The results of the study showed: that the reality of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments came to a moderate degree, with the arithmetic average reaching (3.98), and that the importance of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments with Education departments came to a large extent, where the average was (4.47). The study also showed the existence of a positive relationship with statistical significance at the level of 0.05 between the reality of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments and the importance of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments according to the opinions of the study sample individuals, as well as The study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the opinions of the study sample about the reality and importance of organizing the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments according to the job in the educational supervision department, and the absence of differences according to academic qualification and practical experience in the field of educational supervision.
