The study aimed to identify the patterns of educational leadership and its relationship to the morale of the principals of primary schools of education in the Irbid District from the teachers' point of view, and to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions, the descriptive correlative survey approach was used, as this approach is the most appropriate method used in such a study, Where it is done by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires, collecting them and analyzing them statistically using appropriate methods. The study sample was chosen by a simple random method from the study population, during the academic year (2019-2020), where the sample consisted of (307) male and female teachers. The results showed that the arithmetic averages of the leadership styles prevailing among primary school principals in the Irbid District, from the teachers ’point of view, came in a low to great degree, where the first domain: the democratic pattern came in the first place with a (large) degree, followed in the second place the second field: the autocratic style With a degree (medium), and the Tzipi pattern came in last place with a degree (low). The results also showed that the degree of practice of principals of primary education schools in the Kasbah of Irbid to raise the morale from the teachers ’point of view came with a (medium) degree. The results also showed the existence of a positive statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the estimates of the study sample individuals between the democratic pattern and raising the morale and the existence of a non-statistically significant negative relationship between the estimates of the study sample individuals between the autocratic style and raising the morale, as well as the existence of a relationship Positive, not statistically significant, among the estimates of the study sample individuals, between the negative pattern, and raising the morale.
