يسعى هذا المقال إلى وصف الصفحة النفسية لأستاذ التربية البدنية في الوسط المدرسي، من خلال تطبيق اختباري كاتل و فريبورغ للشخصية. لقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من مائة أستاذ للتربية البدنية، ومائة أستاذ لمختلف المواد في مختلف الأطوار، يعملون كلهم في ولاية قسنطينة، ومائة شخص آخرين من مختلف الشرائح الاجتماعية. لقد تم القيام بدراسة مقارنة بين العينات الثلاث، آخذين بعين الاعتبار المستوى التعليمي، الانتماء الجغرافي، والجنس، وخلصنا إلى وضع الصفحة النفسية لمجموع عينات الدراسة.
