هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن دور القيادة الخادمة في تطوير أداء معلمي مدارس الأغوار الشمالية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلماً ومعلمةً، تم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة، حيث أظهرت نتائج أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول دور القيادة الخادمة في تطوير أداء معلمي مدارس الأغوار الشمالية جاءت بدرجة (مرتفعة) ، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عن وجود فروق تعزى لأثر الجنس في وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، وجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الدراسات العليا، وجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة وجاءت لصالح كل من أقل من 5 سنوات، ومن 5 إلى 10 سنوات. وأوصى الباحثان بتطوير برامج تدريبية، وورشات عمل مشتركة لكل من مديري المدارس ومعلميها وذلك لتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية وتنمية معارفهم حول ماهية القيادة الخادمة وآلية توظيفها في العملية التربوية التعليمية. This study aimed to reveal the role of the servant leadership in developing the performance of teachers in the northern Jordan Valley schools, the survey descriptive approach was used, the study sample consisted of (300) teachers, the questionnaire was used as a study tool, where results showed that the estimates of the members of the study sample about the role of servant leadership In developing the performance of teachers in the northern Jordan Valley schools, it came with a (high) degree, and the results of the study related to individual statistical differences revealed the presence of differences attributable to the effect of sex in the differences came in favor of females, the presence of differences attributable to the impact of the educational qualification, and differences came in favor of postgraduate studies, the presence of differences attributed to the impact of years’ Experience came in favor of both less than 5 years, and 5 to 10 years. The researchers recommended developing training programs and joint workshops for each of the school principals and teachers in order to develop their leadership skills and develop their knowledge about what servant leadership is and how to employ it in the educational process.
