هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف الى واقع الحوكمة في جامعة فلسطين التقنية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية فيها، كما هدفت الى تحديد طبيعة الفروق في تقدير مستوى الحوكمة في جامعة فلسطين التقنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية التي تعزى لمتغيرات فرع الجامعة، الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (84) عضو هيئة تدريس، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الارتباطي، واعتمدت على مقياس الحوكمة. وانتهت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الحوكمة على الدرجة الكلية وأبعاد الاستقلالية، والتقييم، والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار في جامعة فلسطين التقنية متوسط، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الحوكمة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية تعزى لمتغيرات فرع الجامعة، وسنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. The study aimed to know the reality of governance at Palestine Technical University in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of the members of the administrative body at the University of Palestine Khadouri. The study used the descriptive, analytical and correlational curriculum, and the study population was from the members of the university’s administrative body, who are numbered 247 member of an administrative body. It aimed to identify the role of a number of variables in the study, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data after verifying its validity and consistency, and it consisted of (84) paragraphs, distributed in three main areas, namely: university independence, performance evaluation, and participation in decision-making, and the results were As follows: the overall score for the major fields and the overall score was on intermediate. The study found that there are no statistically significant differences due to the variable of the university branch, and to the variable of years of experience, as well as differences attributable to the gender variable, and the positive relationship between the independence of the university and participation in decision-making with the level of performance evaluation was positive.
