هدف البحث إلى التعرف‏ على دور معلمات الرياضيات في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر المعلمات في مجال الانتماء الوطني، ولتحقيق الهدف اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي؛ حيث تكوّنت عيّنته ‏من (253) معلمة من معلمات مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة جدة اخْتِرْن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة؛ ولجمع البيانات بُنِيت استبانة تكوّنت من (8) عبارات تتعلق بدور المعلمات في تعزيز الأمن الفكري في مجال (الانتماء الوطني). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لدور معلمات الرياضيات في تعزيز الأمن الفكري في مجال الانتماء الوطني بلغ (3.07)؛ أي بدرجة متوسطة. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات، منها: إقامة برامج ودورات مكثفة لمعلمات الرياضيات في موضوعات الأمن الفكري، والتعاون مع المؤسسات الأمنية لتقديم محاضرات تبصّر المعلمات بالقضايا والمشكلات الأمنية التي يقوم عليها جهات معادية لاستدراج فئة الشابات. The research examines the role of mathematics teachers in promoting the intellectual security among intermediate school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the teachers ’point of view. To achieve the research goal, a descriptive approach was adopted besides a sample of (253) intermediate schoolteachers in Jeddah selected in a simple random sampling. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was constructed consisting of (8) items related to the role of female teachers in promoting intellectual security in the field of (national affiliation). The study results showed that the general arithmetic mean for the role of mathematics teachers in promoting intellectual security in the field of national affiliation was (3.07); that is medium degree. In light of the results, several recommendations were made, including: Establishing intensive programs and courses for mathematics teachers on topics of intellectual security, and cooperation with security institutions to provide lectures that enlighten female teachers about the security issues and problems exercised by hostile parties to lure young women.
