هدفت هذه الدراسة كشف عن درجة تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية لمعلمي المرحلة الأساسية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من (300) معلماً ومعلمةً، تم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية لمعلمي المرحلة الأساسية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عن عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات ، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح ماجستير فأعلى، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح من (10-5) في كل من المجال التعليمي، والثقافي، والاجتماعي، والاقتصادي، والصحي والبيئي، والدرجة الكلية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة توصيات من أبرزها: العمل على تطوير برامج تدريبية وورشات عمل مشتركة لكل من مديري المدارس ومعلميها، وذلك لتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية وتنمية معارفهم حول ماهية المدرسة المجتمعية وآلية تطبيقها. This study aimed to reveal the degree of application of the concept of the community school to the primary stage teachers in the northern Jordan Valley, the survey descriptive approach was used, the final study sample consisted of (300) teachers, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, where the results of the study showed that the degree of application of the school concept The societal level for teachers of the basic stage in the Northern Valley came in a high degree, and the results of the study related to individual statistical differences revealed the absence of differences attributable to the effect of gender, the presence of differences attributable to the impact of the educational qualification, differences came in favor of a master or higher, and the presence of differences attributed to the impact of years of experience, and differences came in favor From (5-10), and in light of the results of the study, the two researchers recommended developing training programs and joint workshops for both school administrators and teachers.
