هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مجالات ومعايير ومؤشرات تطوير جودة أداء المدارس الحكومية في مديريات محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من فلسطين في ضوء نمط القيادة المستدامة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، واعتمدت المقابلة كأداة للدراسة، وتم اختيار (19) مديرا ومديرة؛ منهم (7 من الذكور و 12 من الإناث) كعينة قصدية، وتم تحليل استجابات المشاركين في المقابلات باستخدام التحليل المواضيعي (Thematic analysis). خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المجالات والمعايير والمؤشرات التي يمكن من خلالها تطوير جودة أداء المدارس الحكومية في ضوء نمط القيادة المستدامة أهمها: التخطيط الاستراتيجي أساس العمل الناجح وخاصة في المؤسسات التعليمية؛ تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية مع المجتمع المحلي؛ دراسة الاحتياجات المدرسية في بداية العام الدراسي؛ أهمية نظام المساءلة في نجاح المؤسسة التعليمية؛ توفير بيئة مدرسية آمنة وداعمة وجاذبة ومريحة؛ أهمية تفعيل التكنولوجيا؛ ساهمت جائحة كورونا في ظهور التعليم الالكتروني في المدارس. خرجت الدراسة بضرورة القيام بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي في ضوء رسالة المدرسة ورؤيتها المستقبلية؛ وإدارة الموارد المالية والبشرية والبرامج التعليمية التعلمية المتعلقة بالمدرسة بما فيها إدارة أداء المعلم والطالب بفاعلية؛ والاهتمام بالمناخ التربوي والمناهج الدراسية وتفعيل التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية. To identify areas, standards and indicators for developing the quality of public schools’ performance in the directorates of the northern governorates of the west bank in Palestine in light of the sustainable leadership style. The study followed the qualitative approach, and the interview was adopted as a tool for the study, and (19) male and female managers were selected (7 males and 12 females) as an intentional sample, the responses of the participants in the interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis. The study concluded with a set of areas, criteria and indicators through which the quality of public schools performance can be developed in light of the sustainable leadership style, the most important of which are: strategic planning is the basis for successful work, especially in educational institutions; activating community partnership with the local community, studying school needs at the beginning of the school year, the importance of the accountability system in the success of the educational institution, providing a safe, supportive, inviting and comfortable school environment and the importance of activating technology. The Corona pandemic contributed to the emergence of e-learning in schools. The study came out with the need to carry out strategic planning in the light of the school's mission and future vision; manage financial and human resources and educational learning programs related to the school, including managing teacher and student performance effectively and paying attention to the educational climate, curricula and activating technology in the educational process.
