هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس اتجاهات طالبات ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية نحو نظام المسارات في مدينة الطائف. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، وطور مقياسين لغرض جمع البيانات، تألف كل مقياس منهما من خمسة مجالات فرعية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (364) طالبة، و(327) معلمة بالصف الأول ثانوي من الملتحقات بنظام المسارات بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الطائف. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية نحو نظام المسارات في مدينة الطائف بدرجة استجابة (أوافق)، وبنسبة مئوية (71,8%)، حيث جاء ترتيب المجالات الفرعية تنازليا كما يلي: (الاتجاهات نحو مزايا النظام، الاتجاهات نحو أهداف النظام، الاتجاهات نحو مسارات النظام، الاتجاهات نحو أسس النظام، الاتجاهات نحو فلسفة النظام). 2) وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية نحو نظام المسارات في مدينة الطائف بدرجة استجابة (أوافق)، وبنسبة مئوية (68.8%)، حيث جاء ترتيب المجالات الفرعية تنازليا كما يلي: (الاتجاهات نحو مزايا النظام، الاتجاهات نحو أهداف النظام، الاتجاهات نحو مسارات النظام، الاتجاهات نحو فلسفة النظام، الاتجاهات نحو أسس النظام). 3) وجود اختلاف بين اتجاهات طالبات المرحلة الثانوية نحو نظام المسارات في مدينة الطائف باختلاف المسارات في الدرجة الكلية، ولصالح فئة (مسار الصحة والحياة). 4) عدم وجود اختلاف بين اتجاهات معلمات المرحلة الثانوية نحو نظام المسارات في مدينة الطائف باختلاف تخصصاتهن. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، من أهمها زيادة اهتمام فريق المسارات في المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الطائف بعقد ندوات تثقيفية للطالبات لتعريفهن بمختلف مجالات هذا النظام، خاصة فلسفة النظام، وتعزيز دور إدارة التدريب والابتعاث بإدارة تعليم الطائف في إصدار حقيبة تدريبية إلكترونية متكاملة لمعلمات المرحلة الثانوية توضح مختلف مجالات نظام المسارات، مع التركيز على أسس النظام وفلسفته. The study aimed to measure the secondary school female students and teachers' attitudes towards the pathways system in the Taif City. To achieve that, the descriptive approach was followed, two scales were developed for the purpose of data collection, each of these scales consisted of five sub-domains, and the study sample included (364) first-year secondary school female students and (327) female teachers who were enrolled in the pathways system in government secondary schools in Taif. The results of the study showed the following:1- There are positive attitudes among secondary school female students towards the pathways system in the Taif city with a response degree (agree) and a percentage of (71.8%), where the order of the sub-domains came in the following descending order: (Attitudes towards the system advantages, attitudes towards the system goals, attitudes towards system pathways, attitudes towards the system foundations, attitudes towards the system philosophy). 2- There are positive attitudes among secondary school female teachers towards the pathways system in the Taif city with a response degree (agree) and a percentage of (68.8%), where the order of the sub-domains came in the following descending order: (Attitudes towards the system advantages, attitudes towards the system goals, attitudes towards system pathways, attitudes towards the system philosophy, attitudes towards the system foundations). 3- There is a difference between the attitudes of secondary school students towards the pathways system in the Taif city, according to the different pathways in the total score, and in favor of the category (health and life pathway). 4- There is no difference between secondary school teachers’ attitudes towards the pathways system in the city of Taif, according to their specializations. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to increase the interest of the pathways team in secondary schools in the Taif city to hold educational seminars for female students to introduce them to the various fields of this system, especially the system philosophy, and to enhance the role of the Training and Scholarship Department in the Taif Education Department in issuing an integrated electronic training bag for secondary school teachers that clarifies Various domains of the pathways system, with a focus on the foundations and philosophy of the system.
