تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف الذكاء الإداري وعلاقته بالأداء المؤسسي للعاملين بكليات عنيزة الأهلية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات عنيزة الأهلية - حالة دراسية - تتمحور مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على التساؤل الآتي: (ما العلاقة بين الذكاء الإداري والأداء المؤسسي للعاملين بكليات عنيزة الأهلية؟) كما هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار الفرضية الرئيسة والفرضيات الفرعية، ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا باستعراض مفهوم الذكاء الإداري (الذكاء العقلاني والذكاء الوجداني) والأداء المؤسسي. كما ركزت الدراسة على أهمية الذكاء الإداري في رفع كفاءة وفعالية الأداء المؤسسي، وخلصت الى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات. The main objective of this study is to trace the administrative intelligence and its Relationship with Institutional performance in Onizah Private Colleges- case study The problem of this study is to answer the question: (What is the relationship between the Administrative Intelligence and Institutional Performance?) The study tested the main and sub hypotheses, I’ presented the definition of Administrative Intelligence (Rational intelligence, Emotional Intelligence) and Institutional performance. This study also examines the importance of Administrative Intelligence in improving the Institutional Performance, as a conclusion, the study ended up with a set of results and recommendations.
