استهدف البحث تعرف مستوى المعوقات الفنية والمادية والبشرية لاستخدام طلبة المرحلة الثانوية الموهوبين بإدارة تعليم صبيا لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وكذلك تحديد تأثير متغيري النوع والصف الدراسي في استجاباتهم حول مستوى معوقات استخدامهم لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث تمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة تألفت من (30) عبارة وزعت على المعوقات الثلاثة، بينما تكونت عينة البحث من (280) من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية الموهوبين، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن أن مستوى المعوقات الفنية والمادية والبشرية لاستخدام طلبة المرحلة الثانوية الموهوبين بإدارة تعليم صبيا لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي قد جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فرق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (a=0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلبة المرحلة الثانوية الموهوبين بإدارة تعليم صبيا في مستوى معوقات استخدامهم لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تعزى لمتغيري النوع والصف الدراسي، وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة توجيه المسؤولين بإدارة تعليم صبيا إلى تزويد المدارس والطلبة بالمعدات والأجهزة والشبكات والبرامج والتطبيقات اللازمة لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم، وتنظيم دورات وورش عمل ومسابقات ومشاريع تهدف إلى تعليم الطلبة الموهوبين أساسيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والترميز والتحليل البياني والتفكير الحاسوبي. The research aimed to identify the level of technical, material and human obstacles to the use of artificial intelligence applications by gifted secondary school students in the Sabya Education Department, as well as to determine the effect of the variables of gender and class on their responses about the level of obstacles to their use of artificial intelligence applications. The research followed the descriptive survey method; Where the research tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (30) phrases distributed to the three obstacles, while the research sample consisted of (280) gifted secondary school students, and the results of the research revealed that the level of technical, material and human obstacles to the use of gifted secondary students in the Department of Education for a Boy for applications The artificial intelligence came in a medium degree, and the results revealed that there was no statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) between the average scores of gifted secondary school students in the Department of Education for a Boy in the level of obstacles to their use of artificial intelligence applications attributed to the variables of gender and grade. The research recommended the necessity Directing officials of the Sabya Education Department to provide schools and students with equipment, devices, networks, programs and applications necessary to use artificial intelligence in education, and to organize courses, workshops, competitions and projects aimed at teaching gifted students the basics of artificial intelligence, coding, graphic analysis and computer thinking.
