هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية للبحث الإجرائي على النطاق المدرسي، والصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية للبحوث الإجرائية وکيفية التغلب عليها. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) معلم من معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية الذين يعملون في المدارس الحكومية بإدارة تعليم تبوك. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية للبحث الإجرائي على النطاق المدرسي كان بدرجة قليلة، مع وجود بعض الصعوبات التي تواجههم أثناء القيام بالبحوث الإجرائية من أهمها: عدم توافر المناخ الداعم، وعدم وجود دعم مادي، مع كثرة أعباء المعلم في المدرسة، وعزوف الطالب والمعلمين عن التعاون مع المعلم الذي يقوم بعمل بحث إجرائي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الحلول للصعوبات التي تواجه معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية عند القيام بالبحوث الإجرائية من أهمها اهتمام مشرفي اللغة الإنجليزية بالبحث الإجرائي ومشاركة المعلمين فيه، مع قيام الوزارة بعقد دورات في مجال البحث الإجرائي، وتقديم مجموعة من الحوافز المادية والمعنوية، وتوفير المناخ الداعم للقيام بتنفيذ البحوث الإجرائية، وإنشاء قسم بإدارة التعليم لتسهيل إجراءات تنفيذ البحوث الإجرائية. The study aimed to identify the reality of using action research by English language teachers on the school field, the difficulties facing action research and how to overcome them. The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool. The study population and sample consisted of (50) English language teachers in the area Tabuk thestudy found that the English language teachers using action research on the school field was limited. There were some difficulties faced teachers during doing action research, the most important of it the difficulty of the lack of supportive atmosphere, the lack of money support, the high loads on the teachers in the school, the reluctance of students and teachers to cooperate with the teachers during action research. The study also found a number of solutions to these difficulties,the most important of it interest of educational English supervisors in actin research and sharing teachers in it, producing courses in the field of action research, providing a range of financial and incorporeal incentives, provide atmosphere support, provide adequate financial support, establish department in education administration to facilitate procedures for doing action research.
