هدف البحث مواءمة المعايير المهنية لإنجاح منظومة تطوير التعليم الجديد 2.0، في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الذهنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على أسلوبين من أساليبه هما، مدخل الدراسة الوصفي الوثائقي (Documentary Approach) لجمع وتحليل واستخلاص کل ما يتعلق بالتنمية المهنية للمعلمين ومنظومة تطوير التعليم 2.0، ومدخل المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة (Sample Survey)، من خلال الاستعانة بأداة الاستبانة للتعرف على آراء عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية حول المعايير المهنية للمعلمين طبقا لمنظومة تطوير التعليم 2.0 من خلال الاطلاع على الأدبيات التربوية، ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة، ذات الصلة بالدراسة فيما يتعلق بالمعايير المهنية والثورة الذهنية ومنظومة التعليم 2.0. توصلت الدراسة لرؤية مقترحة لمواءمة المعايير المهنية لإنجاح منظومة تطوير التعليم الجديد 2.0 في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الذهنية. This study aims to harmonize the professional standards of general primary education teachers according to the requirements of the new education development system 2.0, in light of the requirements of the mental revolution from the point of view of faculty members in the faculties of education.
