هدف البحث إلى قياس فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على فلسفة الثقافة الرقمية؛ لتنمية بعض المفاهيم التكنولوجية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة. تكونت عينة البحث من (22) طفلا وطفلة من الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة، بمدرسة بم بم للتربية الفكرية، بإدارة السيدة زينب التعليمية، محافظة القاهرة. تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين: إحداهما تجريبية (11) طفل وطفلة، والأخرى ضابطة (11) طفل وطفلة، وتتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية بين (9-12) سنة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (10.364) وانحراف معياري قدره (1.120) (المجموعة الضابطة)، ومتوسط حسابي قدره (10.636) وانحراف معاري قدره (0.924) (المجموعة التجريبية)، ودرجاتهم على اختبار الذكاء من (55-70) بمتوسط حسابي قدره (63.635) وانحراف معاري قدره (5.519) (المجموعة الضابطة)، ومتوسط حسابي قدره (65.455) وانحراف معاري قدره (3.503) (المجموعة التجريبية)، وليس لديهم إعاقات أخرى، وذلك من واقع سجلات الأطفال بالمدرسة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في (مقياس ستانفورد بنيه للذكاء الصورة الخامسة، محمود أبو النيل وآخرون، 2011)، ومقياس المفاهيم التكنولوجية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت النتائج إلى فعالية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على فلسفة الثقافة الرقمية؛ في تنمية بعض المفاهيم التكنولوجية (الأجهزة التكنولوجية، الإنترنت، التسوق الإلكتروني، الصرف الآلي، الثقافة المالية الإلكترونية، الأمن الرقمي) للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة، وشملت المدة الزمنية لتطبيق البحث على (شهرين ونصف الشهر). أوصى البحث بضرورة إعادة النظر في مناهج التربية الفكرية وتقويمها بما يتماشى مع الثقافة الرقمية وبما يسهم في تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية. The research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a training program based on the philosophy of digital literacy in developing some technological concepts for children with mild intellectual disability. The research sample consisted of (22) males and females with mild intellectual disabilities, at Bim Bim School for Intellectual Education, Al-Sayeda Zeinab Educational Directorate, Cairo Governorate, and they were divided into two groups: one of them was experimental (11) male and female, and the other was control (11) males and females. Their chronological ages range from (9-12) years with an arithmetic average of (10.364) and a standard deviation of (1.120) (control group), an arithmetic average of (10.636) and a standard deviation of(0.924) (experimental group), and their IQ test scores from (55-70) with an arithmetic average of (63.635) and a standard deviation of (5.519) (control group), an arithmetic average of (65.455) and a standard deviation of(3.503) (experimental group), and they have no other disabilities, according to the records of the children. The research instruments were represented in (the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, Fifth Edition, Mahmoud Abu Nile et al., 2011), and the scale of the technological concept for children with intellectual disabilities (prepared by the researcher). The findings revealed the effectiveness of the training program based on the philosophy of Digital Literacy in developing some technological concepts (technological devices, Internet, e-shopping, ATM, electronic financial literacy, digital security) for children with mild intellectual disabilities. The time period for applying the research was two and a half months. The research recommended that the intellectual education curricula should be reviewed and evaluated in line with Digital Literacy and in a way that contributes to developing technological concepts among children with intellectual disabilities.
