هدفت الدراسة لتحديد معيقات الإبداع لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس مديرية شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين وتطوير قدرات الطلبة على إيجاد الأفكار الخلاقة مما يسهم في بث روح التنافس بينهم في إبتكار الحلول للمشكلات الحياتية والعلمية التي تعترضهم، والكشف عن وجود فروق بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره من أنسب المناهج البحثية، حيث قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة تشمل أربع مجالات للمعيقات وهي ما يتعلق بالمنهاج، والبيئة الصفية، والمعلم، والطالب. قامت بتطبيقها بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، على عينة مكونة من (100) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من معلمي المدارس، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تم التوصل إلى معيقات الإبداع لدى الطلبة وتم ترتيبها حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. وقد أوصت الدراسة على الحدّ من معيقات الإبداع والبحث عن الطرق التي تنمي المهارات الفكرية التي تقود عناصر العملية التعلمية للإتيان بكل جديد، واقتراح الحلول البديلة في مواجهة المشكلات الحياتية والتعليمية. The study aimed to identify the obstacles to creativity among students of the basic stage in the schools of the North Hebron Directorate from the teachers’ point of view and to develop the students’ abilities to find creative ideas, which contributes to spreading the spirit of competition among them in creating solutions to the life and scientific problems they encounter, and to reveal the existence of differences between the average responses of the study sample according to the study variables and to answer the study questions. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach as it is one of the most appropriate research approaches. Where it was applied, after ensuring its validity and reliability, on a sample of (100) teachers who were randomly selected from school teachers. And the search for ways that develop intellectual skills that lead the elements of the learning process to come up with everything new, and to propose alternative solutions in the face of life and educational problems (Published abstract)
