هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور التربية الإبداعية لدى المعلمين في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والكشف عن الفروق، في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور التربية الإبداعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تبعاً لمتغير: (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (255) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية بالمحافظات الشمالية في فلسطين، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة بالاستبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: 1) جاء تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور التربية الإبداعية في تحقيق التربية المستدامة بدرجة كبيرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور التربية الإبداعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي باستثناء بعد التعاون والتفاعل كانت الفروق لصالح الإناث، 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ي تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور التربية الإبداعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي باستثناء بعد التشجيع على الابتكار لم تكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور التربية الإبداعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة باستثناء بعد التعلم النشط فكانت الفروق لصالح الفئة الأكثر من 20 سنة. The study aimed to identify the role of creative education among teachers in achieving sustainable development, and to detect differences in the estimates of the study sample for the role of creative education in achieving sustainable development according to the variable: (social gender, educational qualification, number of years of service), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher Using the descriptive analytical approach, the study sample consisted of (255) male and female teachers from government schools in the northern governorates of Palestine, and the researcher prepared the study tools represented by the questionnaire. The study reached the following results: 1) The absence of statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample of the role of creative education in achieving sustainable development due to the gender variable, with the exception of the dimension of cooperation and interaction, the differences were in favor of females, 2) The presence of statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample of the role of creative education in achieving sustainable development due to For the educational qualification variable, except after encouraging innovation, there were no statistically significant differences.
