هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى دور جامعة فلسطين التقنية-خضوري في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (354) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية في متغيري الجنس والكلية الدراسية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن: 1) الدرجة الكلية لدور جامعة فلسطين التقنية-خضوري في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبتها كانت بدرجة كبيرة، الدرجة الكلية للمعيقات التي تواجه الطلبة بجامعة فلسطين التقنية - خضوري في تنمية إبداعهم من وجهة نظرهم كانت بدرجة متوسطة، 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغير المستوى التعليمي من خلال مقارنة المستوى الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع فأكثر فكانت النتيجة وجود فروق بين المستوى الدراسي الأول وباقي المستويات، 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في دور الجامعة في تنمية الإبداع لدى طلبتها تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، والكلية الدراسية، ومكان السكن). ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة بناء على النتائج، العمل على تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبة الجامعات من خلال تفعيل التعلم الذاتي وتطوير المنهج التدريسي الملائم لذلك وطرح مساق "التفكير الإبداعي" في الخطط الأكاديمية. This study aimed to identify the role of Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie in developing creative thinking among its students from the point of view of the students themselves. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. The results of the study are that: 1) The total score for the role of Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie in developing creative thinking among its students was to a large degree, while the total score for the obstacles facing students at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie in developing their creativity from their point of view was in a medium degree, 2) There were statistically significant differences In the educational level variable by comparing the first, second, third, fourth and more levels, the result was that there were differences between the first academic level and the rest of the levels, 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the role of the university in developing creativity among its students according to the variables (sex, college of study, and place of housing). One of the most important recommendations of the study based on the results is, to work on developing creative thinking skills among university students by activating self-learning and developing the appropriate teaching curriculum for that and introducing the “Creative Thinking” course in academic plans.
