تهدف الدراسة إلى التَّعرُّف على دور الأنشطة اللامنهجية في بناء الشخصية القيادية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في النَّقب، ويتكوَّن مجتمع الدِّراسة من فئة الطلبة أبناء الشبيبة من المدارس الثانوية المشاركين في الأنشطة اللامنهجية في مدينة رهط في منطقة النقب، ويبلغ عددهم (1430)، وتم اختيار العينة العشوائية البسيطة، حيث شملت (200) من أبناء الشبيبة في المرحلة الثانوية، وفي سبيل تحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة تم استخدم المنهج الوصفيّ الكمّيّ، وأمّا أداة الدِّراسة تحتوي على الاستبانة؛ فقد تناولت الأنشطة اللامنهجية المجالات الآتية: إرادة التَّعبير، التَّعلُّم، حل المشكلات، إدارة الذات، اتخاذ القرار، الاتصال والتواصل، النزاهة وسلوك المواطنة. وقد تمّ التَّأكُّد من ثبات الأداة وصدقها. وأظهرت النَّتائج: 1) أنَّ المتوسط الحسابي على مقياس دور الأنشطة اللّامنهجيَّة في بناء الشَّخصيَّة القياديَّة ككل بلغ بتقدير مرتفع، 2) عدم وجود فروق في دور الأنشطة اللّامنهجيَّة في بناء الشَّخصيَّة القياديَّة ومجالاتها تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، 3) جاءت الفروق دالة على مجالي: (إرادة التَّعبير، حل المشكلات) لصالح الذكور، 4) وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة تبعاً إلى متغير الصَّف لصالح كل من الحادي عشر والثّاني عشر، 5) عدم وجود فروق تعزى إلى متغير الأنشطة. وتوصي الدِّراسة الآتية: 1) أهمِّيَّة دعم الأنشطة اللامنهجية وتطويرها، ووضعها في سلم أولويات السلطات المحلية، 2) توفير الدعم والميزانيات، 3) نشر ثقافة المشاركة في الأنشطة اللامنهجية، 4) تطوير منظومة دورات تأهيلية مهنية متخصصة وتدريبية لكادر المرشدين. The study aims to identify the role of extracurricular activities in building the leadership personality of high school students in Negev. The population of the study is the youth in high schools who participate in extracurricular activities in The Negev, and they are (1430) the sample is selected randomly, as it contains (200) youth. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the quantitative descriptive approach is used. Thus, a questionnaire has been used. The results showed that: 1) The arithmetic mean on the scale of the role of extracurricular activities in building the leadership personality as a whole was high, 2) There were no differences in the role of extracurricular activities in building the leadership personality and its domains attributed to the gender variable, 3) The differences were indicative of the two domains: (will to express, solve problems) in favor of males, 4) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level according to the grade variable in favor of the eleventh and twelfth graders, 5) There are no differences due to the activities variable. The study recommends the following: 1) The importance of supporting and developing extracurricular activities, providing support and budgets, 2) Spreading the culture of participation in extracurricular activities.
