هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرّف إلى درجة توافر معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مشاغل التربية المهنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين، وقد طوّر الباحث أداتي الدراسة، وهما استبانة مكوّنة من (27) فقرة، والمقابلة مكونة من سؤالين، تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما. ومن ثم تم توزيعهما على عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من (120) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي التربية المهنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق، والمقابلة تم إجراؤها مع (7) مشرفين تربويين من مشرفي التربية المهنية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1) أن الدرجة الكلية لدرجة توافر معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مشاغل التربية المهنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) في جميع المجالات. 2) أن درجة توافر معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مشاغل التربية المهنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المشرفين كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث كان إجماع (85%) من المشرفين اختيار تواجد معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مشاغل التربية المهنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق. وقد اختتم الباحث دراسته بمجموعة من التوصيات، منها تعزيز كفاءة معلمي التربية المهنية ورفع سويتهم من خلال تكثيف الدورات والورشات التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مشاغل التربية المهنية. This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools from the point of view of teachers and supervisors. The researcher developed the study tools, which are a questionnaire consisting of (27) items, and the interview consists of two questions, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. It was then distributed to a stratified random sample consisting of (120) vocational education teachers in Mafraq Governorate schools, and the interview was conducted with (7) vocational education supervisors. The results of the study showed that: 1) The overall degree of availability of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools from the point of view of teachers was high. The results of the study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences because of variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience) in all fields. 2) The degree of availability of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools from the point of view of supervisors was high, as there was a consensus (85%) of supervisors choosing the presence of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools. The researcher concluded his study with a set of recommendations, Enhancing the competence of vocational education teachers and raising their status through intensifying specialized training courses and workshops in the field of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops.
