هدفت الدراسة التعرف لمستوى معرفة مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق بمتطلبات الخطة العشرية للتعليم الدامج من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (518) معلماً ومعلمة في مديريات التربية والتعلم للواء قصبة المفرق ولواء البادية الشمالية الشرقية ولواء البادية الشمالية الغربية، من العام الدراسي 2022-2023، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعداد أداة للدراسة وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة على فقرات مقياس معرفة المدراء لمتطلبات الخطة العشرية للتعليم الدامج جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a ) تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥a) تبعا لمتغير المديرية حيث كانت الفروق لصالح مديرية تربية لواء قصبة المفرق. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج قدم الباحث مجموعةً من التوصيات من أبرزها: عقد العديد من الورش والدورات التدريبية لمدراء المدارس بشكل مستمر لتعريفهم بمتطلبات الخطة العشرية للتعلم الدامج. The present study aimed to identify the level of knowledge of principals of the Mafraq education department about the requirements of the 10-Year Strategy for Inclusive Education from the teacher's point of view. Descriptive analytical method was used. The sample of the study consisted of (518) male and female teachers working in schools located at Education Department Mafraq Governorate, Northeastern Badia, and Northwestern Badia. The study procedures were implemented throughout the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023); To achieve the study goals a questionnaire was developed with good validity and reliability to measure the level of knowledge of principals of the Mafraq education department about the requirements of the 10-Year Strategy for Inclusive Education. The results of the study indicated that the level of Knowledge of Mafraq School Principals About the Requirements of the Ten-Year Plan for Inclusive Education was within a medium level on the study tool. The results also showed no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable. and the results showed statistically significant differences due to the department variable for the Education directorate of Mafraq in light of the results of the study the researcher suggested several recommendations the most important of which were The study recommended the importance of knowledge and education on The 10-Year Strategy for Inclusive Education.
