هدف البحث إلى بناء وتدريج مقياس الازدهار النفسي وفقا لنموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش، والكشف عن مدى ملاءمة نموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش لبيانات مقياس الازدهار النفسي، وتعرف تقديرات معالم الصعوبة والتمييز لعتبات مفردات مقياس الازدهار النفسي وفقا لنموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش، وحساب دالة معلومات الاختبار لمقياس الازدهار النفسي وفقا لنموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش. بلغت عينة البحث (528) عضو هيئة بحثية بالمراكز القومية للبحوث المختلفة. تكونت أداة البحث من مقياس الازدهار النفسي (إعداد الباحث) المكون من (40) مفردة. تم استخدام برنامج Stata/MP v.15.1 وبرنامج SPSS v.20 في معايرة البيانات وفقا لنموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش. أشارت نتائج البحث إلى تحقق افتراضات نموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش وفقا لنظرية الاستجابة للمفردة، وملاءمة جميع مفردات مقياس الازدهار النفسي باستثناء (10) مفردات بلغت نسبتها (25%) من إجمالي عدد مفردات المقياس حيث تكون من (30) مفردة في صورته النهائية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى تراوح قيم صعوبة عتبات مفردات مقياس الازدهار النفسي من (-3.922) إلى (1.703) لوجيت بمتوسط (-1.930) مما يدل على تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الصعوبة. أظهرت النتائج أن قيمة تمييز عتبات مفردات مقياس الازدهار النفسي (1.534) لوجيت وهي تدل على ارتفاع تمييز عتبات مفردات المقياس بين مستويات أفراد العينة، وبلغت قيمة ثبات معالم صعوبة عتبات مفردات مقياس الازدهار النفسي (0.987) وهي قيمة مرتفعة تدل على ثبات تقديرات معالم الصعوبة لعتبات مفردات المقياس. كما أظهرت النتائج تمتع مقياس الازدهار النفسي بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة وكانت دالة معلومات الاختبار لمقياس الازدهار النفسي وفقا لنموذج مقياس التقدير لأندريش جيدة حيث بلغت أعلى قيمة لها (38). The research aimed to construct and calibrate the psychological flourishing scale according to Andrich’s rating scale model, detect fitting of Andrich’s rating scale model of the psychological flourishing scale data, identify estimates of the difficulty and discrimination parameters of the psychological flourishing scale item thresholds according to Andrich’s rating scale model, and calculate the test information function for the psychological flourishing scale according to Andrich’s rating scale model. The sample of the research was (528) members of the research staff at the various national research centers. The tool of the research consisted of the psychological flourishing scale (prepared by the researcher) consisting of (40) items. Stata/MP v.15.1 and SPSS v.20 were used to calibrate the data according to Andrich’s rating scale model. The results of the research indicated that Andrich’s rating scale model assumptions were proved according to item response theory, all items of the psychological flourishing scale were fit except (10) items whose percentage reached (25%) of the total number of the scale items as it consisted of (30) items in its final form. The results also indicated that the difficulty values of the psychological flourishing scale item thresholds ranged from (-3.922) to (1.703) logit with an average of (-1.930) which indicates that the scale has a high degree of difficulty. The results showed that the discrimination value of the psychological flourishing scale item thresholds is (1.534) logit it indicates a high discrimination of the scale item thresholds between the levels of the sample members, the reliability value of the difficulty parameters of the psychological flourishing scale item thresholds reached (0.987) which is a high value indicating the reliability of the difficulty parameters estimates of the scale item thresholds. The results also showed that the psychological flourishing scale has good psychometric properties, and the test information function for the psychological flourishing scale according to Andrich’s rating scale model was good as its highest value reached (38).
