هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام المعلمين والمعلمات لاستراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني في إدارة التعليم بمحافظة النماص. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (474) معلما ومعلمة من جميع المراحل الدراسية. وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة وتحليل البيانات، أظهرت النتائج استخدام المعلمين والمعلمات لاستراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني في التدريس بدرجة كبيرة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها زيادة برامج التدريب المتخصصة، والتي تستهدف التطوير المهني للمعلمين والمعلمات نحو استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني، وكذلك العمل على تحفيز المعلمين والمعلمات على الانخراط في المواد التي تدرس بنمط التعليم الإلكتروني عبر منصة مدرستي. The study aimed to identify the reality of teachers' use of e-learning strategies in the education administration in Al-Namas Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of 474 male and female teachers from all educational levels. In light of these results, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which is increasing specialized training programs that target the professional development of male and female teachers towards the use of e-learning strategies. As well as working to motivate male and female teachers to engage in the subjects taught in the e-learning style through the Window's School. (Published abstract)
