يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل أدوار المعلم في عصر الثورة الرقمية، وتعرف أهم المهارات والجدارات الحديثة للنهوض بأدوار المعلم وتفعيلها فى عصر الثورة الرقمية، على ضوء خبرات بعض الدول الرائدة في مجال تطوير أداء المعلم وانعكاساتها التربوية للاستفادة منها. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي النظري لأهم المهارات، وأدوار المعلم الرقمية اللازم توافرها في معلم القرن الواحد والعشرين لإعداد جيل قادراً للتصدي لتحديات الثورة الرقمية وتسخيرها لخدمة المجتمع. وعرض بعض الخبرات الرائدة في مجال تفعيل أدوار المعلم الرقمية وإمكانية الاستفادة منها. وقد أوصى البحث بعدة توصيات منها: وضع خطة عملية لتنظيم وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين، وتوفير الإمكانات اللازمة لتمكين المعلمين رقمياً. This research aims to develop a proposed vision for activating the teacher's roles in the era of the digital revolution, and identifying the most important modern skills and competencies to advance the teacher's roles and activate them in the era of the digital revolution, in the light of the experiences of some leading countries in the field of developing teacher performance and their educational reflections to benefit from them. The researcher used the theoretical descriptive approach for the most important skills and roles of the digital teacher that must be available in the teacher of the twenty-first century to prepare a generation capable of addressing the challenges of the digital revolution and harnessing it to serve the community. He presented some pioneering experiences in the field of activating digital teacher roles and the possibility of benefiting from them. The research recommended several recommendations, including: Developing a practical plan to organize and identify teachers' training needs, and provide the necessary capabilities to empower teachers digitally.
