هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي وأهميته والتعرف على أهم أهدافه وذلك من خلال رؤية مصر 2030، حيث تسعى الدولة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 للإرتقاء بالتعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي، فقد حددت رؤية مصر 2030 الأهداف الاستراتيجية للتعليم الفني والتدريب حتى عام 2030. فقد تم وضع ثلاث أهداف استراتيجية رئيسية تحتوي على أهداف فرعية وحددت الاستراتيجية مجموعة من برامج تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي والتدريب حتى عام 2030م، وكذلك هدفت الدراسة التعرف على جهود تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي بمصر لمسايرة التوجهات العالمية الحديثة وذلك للارتقاء به ودمج مخرجات التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي بسوق العمل من أجل تحقيق الرؤية التنموية الشاملة لمصر 2030م، وعلى الرغم من جهود الدولة في تطوير وتجويد التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي بمصر والتي توجت مؤخرا برؤية مصر (2014م - 2030م) إلا أنه يعاني من العديد من المعوقات. وهدفت الدراسة أيضا إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي بمصر، ولذلك قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المتطلبات وذلك لتحسين التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي وتحسين مخرجاته. The study aimed at identifying industrial technical secondary education and its importance and identifying its important goals through Egypt’s Vision 2030. As the state seeks، in the light of Egypt's Vision 2030، to improve technical and industrial secondary education. Egypt's Vision 2030 has set the strategic goals for technical education and training until 2030. Three main strategic objectives have been set containing other sub objectives. The strategy has defined a set of programs for technical and industrial secondary education development and training until 2030. The study also aimed to identify the efforts of developing industrial technical secondary education in Egypt to keep pace with modern global trends in order to upgrade it and integrate the outputs of industrial technical secondary education in the labor market to achieve the comprehensive development vision of Egypt 2030. Despite the state's efforts to develop and improve industrial technical secondary education in Egypt، which recently crowned with the vision of Egypt (2014 - 2030) ،However، it suffers from many obstacles. The study also aimed at identifying the most important obstacles facing industrial technical secondary education in Egypt. Therefore، the study presented a set of requirements in order to improve industrial technical secondary education and improve its outputs. (Published abstract)
