يهدف هذا البحث إلى تفعيل ثقافة التغيير لدى مديري مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة دمياط في ضوء مدخل الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة دمياط، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتفسيرها مع الاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة بحثية تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (466) من مديري ومعلمات رياض الأطفال في الإدارات التعليمية العشر. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن المتوسط العام لدرجة تقدير أفراد الدراسة لثقافة التغيير لدى مديري مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة دمياط في ضوء مدخل الإبداع الإداري قد جاء بدرجة تحقق عالية. وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة تحقيق المتطلبات اللازمة لتنمية ثقافة التغيير لدى مديري مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والعمل علي تحقيقها للوصول للأهداف المرجوة مما يؤدي إلى نجاح العملية التعليمية. This research aims to activate the culture of change among the directors of kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate in the light of the entrance to administrative creativity, field study, from the point of view of directors and teachers of kindergartens in Damietta Governorate. This research relied on the descriptive approach in collecting and interpreting information with the use of a questionnaire as a research tool that was applied to a stratified random sample of (466) kindergarten principals and teachers in the ten educational departments. The results of the research concluded that the general average of the degree of appreciation of the study individuals for the culture of change among the directors of kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate in the light of the entrance to administrative creativity, a field study, came with a high degree of verification to achieve the desired goals, which leads to the success of the educational process.
