تعد تربية الطفل واعداده في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة مطلبا أساسيا وهاما حيث تتكون ملامح الشخصية وتتشكل العادات والإتجاهات وتنمو الإستعدادات وتتطور القيم والمهارات. وخلالها يتحدد مسار النمو للطفل جسميا وعقليا ووجدانيا واجتماعيا وتعليميا، ولذلك يأتى دور المؤسسات التربوية باعتبارها قناة تنموية تعمل على إشباع إحتياجات الطفولة. ومن هنا جاء البحث الراهن للوقوف على مدى فعالية منظمات المجتمع المدني في إشباع إحتياجات الطفولة المبكرة فى الريف. وانطلقت الدراسة الحالية من الأهداف التالية (التعرف على دور المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية فى إشباع الإحتياجات النفسية لدى طفل الريف - والإحتياجات العقلية - والإحتياجات الإجتماعية - والإحتياجات التعليمية لطفل الريف - وتحديد أهم المعوقات التى تواجه المؤسسات في إشباع إحتياجات الطفولة المبكرة في الريف والخروج بتصور مقترح لتفعيل هذا الدور لإشباع الإحتياجات لدى طفل الريف في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة. وانتمت عذة الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية والتي تتجه إلى الوصف الكمي والكيفى للظاهرة واعتمدت على منهج المسح االجتماعى الشامل للمؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية بمحافظة البحيرة وعددهم (17) مدرسة حكومية وعدد (61) معلمة بالحصر الشامل وعدد (9) جمعيات ومؤسسات أهلية وعدد (23) من العاملين والمؤهلين للعمل فى مجال الطفولة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية لإشباع إحتياجات الطفولة للطفولة المبكرة في الريف. The process of raising and preparing a child in the early childhood stage is a fundamental and important requirement، where personality traits، habits and attitudes are formed. Furthermore، preparations grow, values and skills develop. During this phase, the childs growth path is determined physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and educationally. Therefore, the role of educational institutions comes as a developmental channel that works to satisfy the needs of childhood. Hence, this research to find out the extent of the effectiveness of civil society organizations in satisfying the needs of early childhood in the countryside. This study proceeded from the following objectives (to identify the role of governmental and private institutions in satisfying the psychological needs of the rural child, the mental needs, the social needs, and the educational needs of the rural child. Additionally, to identify the most important obstacles facing the institutions in satisfying the needs of early childhood in the countryside and to come up with a proposed vision to activate this role in satisfying these needs of the rural child in the early childhood stage. The nature of the study belonged to the descriptive studie, which tend to the quantitative and qualitative description of the phenomenon, and relied on the comprehensive social survey methodology of governmental and private institutions in Al-Buhaira Governorate. This study included 17 government schools, 61 female teachers in the comprehensive enumeration, 9 civil associations and institutions, and 23 qualified workers who are cable of working in the field of childhood. The study reached a proposed vision to activate the role of governmental and private institutions to satisfy the childhood needs of early childhood in the countryside. (Published abstract)
