هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور لتفعيل الإرشاد الأكاديمي الإلكتروني لطلاب التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر؛ يلبي حاجات الطلاب، ويختصر الجهد والوقت على المرشد الأكاديمي، ويضمن حصول الطالب على الخبرات التي تؤهله للنجاح في حياته الدراسية والعملية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما تم تصميم استبانة وجهت إلى طلاب التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر ضمت محورين (واقع التطبيق، والمعوقات)، طبقت إلكترونيا ويدويا على عينة عشوائية بمحافظتي القاهرة والدقهلية، وبلغ عدد المستجيبين (260 مستجيبا من الذكور والإناث). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإرشاد الأكاديمي الإلكتروني متوفر بالمدارس الثانوية العامة؛ غير أنه غير فعال بسبب ما يواجهه من معوقات حالت دون تحقيق الاستفادة المرجوة منه. وارتفاع النسب الخاصة بواقع تطبيقه لصالح المدارس الخاصة والمناطق الحضرية، وانخفاضها في المدارس الحكومية والمناطق الريفية. وارتفاع النسب الخاصة بمعوقاته لصالح المدارس الحكومية والمناطق الريفية، وانخفاضها في المدارس الخاصة والمناطق الحضرية. انتهت الدراسة بتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل الإرشاد الأكاديمي الإلكتروني لطلاب التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر. The study aimed to propose a perspective for activating electronic academic advising for general secondary education students in Egypt. As it meets the needs of the students, saves the effort and time and helps students to gain experiences that qualify them for success in the academic and practical life. A descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire was designed and applied electronically and manually to a random sample of general secondary education students in Cairo and Dakahlia Governorates (260 male and female respondents), which included two axes (the reality and the obstacles). The study concluded that electronic academic advising is available in general secondary schools; However, it is ineffective because of the obstacles it faces that prevent from achieving the desired benefit from it. The high percentages related to its application in favor of private schools and urban areas, and their decrease in government schools and rural areas.
