هدف هذا البحث التعرف على منظمة كوجنيا (Cognia) للإعتماد وأبعادها ومعاييرها، كما هدف البحث رصد لواقع تطبيق معايير منظمة كوجنيا (Cognia) للإعتماد في مدارس التعليم العام المعتمدة بمحافظة دمياط، كذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسط إستجابات أفراد الدراسة تعزى إلى متغير المسمى الوظيفي. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدا على الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وقاما بتطبيقها على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (273) فردًا في (91) مدرسة معتمدة بمحافظة دمياط، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (91) مدير مدرسة، و(91) وكيل مدرسة أو ممثل للقيادة الثانية، (91) منسق جودة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن المتوسط العام لآراء أفراد الدراسة حول واقع تطبيق معايير كوجنيا (Cognia) للإعتماد بالمدارس المعتمدة بمحافظة دمياط جاء بدرجة تحقق عالية، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للاستبانة ككل (3.53)، وبوزن نسبي (70.6)، وبانحراف معياري (0،456)، كما توصل الباحثان إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول واقع تطبيق معايير كوجنيا Cognia)) للإعتماد بمدارس التعليم العام المعتمدة بمحافظة دمياط تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي. The objective of this research is to identify Cognia Accreditation Organization, its dimensions and standards. The research also aims are to monitor the reality of applying the standards of Cognia Accreditation Organization in the accredited general education schools in Damietta Governorate. This is in addition to identifying the differences with statistical indication between the average responses of the study individuals attributed to the job title variable. The researchers used the descriptive methodology and relied on the questionnaire as a study tool after verifying its reliability and constancy. They applied it on the study community amounting to (273) individuals in (91) accredited schools in Damietta Governorate. The study community consists of (91) school principals, (91) school deputy or representative of the second leadership and (91) quality coordinators. The research concluded that the general average of the study individuals’ opinions about the status of applying Cognia standards for accreditation in accredited schools in Damietta Governorate came with a high degree of verification, as the arithmetic average of the questionnaire as a whole is (3.53) with a relative weight of (70.6) and a standard deviation of (0.456) Further, the two researchers concluded the absence of differences with statistical indication between the averages of the responses of the study individuals on the status of applying Cognia standards for accreditation in the accredited general schools in Damietta Governorate, attributed to the job title variable.
