هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل تربية المواطنة للتلاميذ ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة المدمجين في الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة دمياط، من وجهة نظر المديرين والوكلاء في المدارس الإبتدائية التي توجد بها حالات دمج ومسؤولي الدمج بالإدارات التعليمية العشر بمحافظة دمياط. لقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتفسيرها مع الإستعانة بالإستبانة كأداة بحثية تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (250) مديراً ووكيلاً في المدارس الإبتدائية الدامجة، ومسؤولي الدمج في الإدارات التعليمية العشر. وتوصل البحث إلى أن واقع دور الإدارة المدرسية في تربية المواطنة لتلاميذ ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة جاء متوسط، حيث تراوح تجاه الأبعاد في درجة التحقق ما بين (عالية، ومتوسطة، ومنخفضة)، وجاء البعد الخاص بدور الإدارة المدرسية تجاه المعلمين في المرتبة الأولى، بدرجة تحقق عالية، يليه دور الإدارة المدرسية تجاه المقررات الدراسية، بدرجة تحقق متوسطة، ثم دور الإدارة المدرسية تجاه الأنشطة المدرسية، بدرجة تحقق متوسطة، وأخيراً دور الإدارة المدرسية تجاة أولياء الأمور، بدرجة تحقق منخفضة. وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة إهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بتنظيم زيارات خارجية للأماكن الأثرية للتلاميذ ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة، وضرورة إشراك التلاميذ ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة في الأنشطة المدرسية، وضرورة تعاون الإدارة المدرسية مع أولياء أمور ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة، وضرورة تقديم الفيديوهات المدرسية القصيرة التي تعزز تربية المواطنة لفئات الدمج عبر الصفحات الرسمية للمدرسة. This research aimed to recognize the reality of the role of the school administration in activating citizenship education for students with special needs integrated into the primary stage, From the point of view of principals and vice principals in primary schools where there are cases of integration and integration officials in the ten educational departments in Damietta Government. This research used the descriptive method in collecting and interpreting information, A questionnaire was used as a research tool that was applied to a stratified random sample consisting of (250) principals and vice principals in the inclusive primary schools and the integration specialist in the ten educational departments, and the research found that the reality of the role of the school administration in the education of citizenship for students with special needs was medium, as the direction ranged The dimensions in the degree of verification are between (high, medium, and low), and the dimension of the role of the school administration towards teachers came in first place, With a high degree of verification, followed by the role of the school administration towards the curriculum, with a medium degree of verification, then the role of the school administration towards school activities, with a medium degree of verification, and finally the role of the school administration towards parents, with a low degree of verification, and the research has recommended the need for the school administration to organize external visits to archaeological sites for students with special needs, and the need to involve students with special needs in school activities, and the need for the school administration to cooperate with parents of people with special needs, and the need to provide school videos The short ones that promote citizenship education for inclusion classes through the official pages of the school.
