هدف هذا البحث إلى تعزيز السبل المختلفة التي تحقق تكافؤ الفرص التدريبية لمعلمات الحضانات ورياض الأطفال في ضوء برنامج رياض الأطفال المطور Education 0.2. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود قنوات إتصال تجمع بين الحضانات الخاصة والتي تشرف عليها وزارة التضامن الإجتماعي من جهة، ورياض الأطفال التي تشرف عليها وزارة التربية والتعليم من جهة أخرى. كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة تطوير منظومة تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال لتشمل معلمات ومشرفات الحضانات الخاصة. This research aimed to enhance the different ways that achieve equal training opportunities for nursery and kindergarten teachers in the light of the developed kindergarten program, Education 0.2. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study concluded that there are no communication channels that combine between private nurseries that are supervised by the Ministry of Social Solidarity on the one hand, and kindergartens that are supervised by the Ministry of Education on the other hand. The study also recommends the need to develop a system for training kindergarten teachers to include teachers and supervisors of private nurseries. (Published abstract)
