هدف هذا البحث إلى التوصل إلى بعض الأليات التي تكفل نجاح دمج الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بمراحل التعليم الابتدائي وذلك من خلال واقع الدمج بمراحل التعليم الابتدائي في جمهورية مصر العربية، وتحديد أهم معوقات التي تواجه دمج هذه الفئات بتلك المرحلة العمرية المبكرة وفق ما تشير إليه الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة في المجال، استناداً إلى استعراض بعض الدول المتقدمة (الولايات المتحدة - المملكة المتحدة) في مجال دمج للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بما يكفل تطوير أساليب تربية وتعليم هذه الفئات من الأطفال بتلك المرحلة العمرية المبكرة، ومن ثم تقديم مستوى أفضل من الخدمات بما يتلاءم وظروف المجتمع المصري. وقدم البحث خطة مقترحة قد تسهم في حل مشكلة من مشكلات ذوي الإعاقة وهي مشكلة تعليهم عن بعد في ضوء معطيات الثورة التكنولوجية المعاصرة بما يعد نقلة نوعية في تعليم ذوي الإعاقة. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وقد توصل البحث إلى بعض الأليات والممارسات الإيجابية اللازمة لتحسين برامج الدمج في مراحل التعليم الابتدائي. يسهم البحث في رسم الإطار العام للسياسات التعليمية والتوجهات المستقبلية لتربية وتعليم ذوي لإعاقة بمراحل التعليم الابتدائي. The aim of this research is to find some mechanisms that guarantee the success of integrating children with disabilities into the stages of primary education, through the reality of integration into the stages of primary education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to identify the most important obstacles facing the integration of these groups at that early age stage, according to what previous literature and studies indicate. In this field, based on the review of some developed countries (the United States - the United Kingdom) in the field of integration of children with disabilities in a way that ensures the development of methods of raising and educating these groups of children at that early age, and then providing a better level of services that suit the conditions of Egyptian society. The research presented a proposed plan that may contribute to solving one of the problems of people with disabilities, which is the problem of educating them remotely in light of the data of the contemporary technological revolution, which is considered a qualitative shift in the education of people with disabilities. The research relied on the descriptive approach. The research has found some positive mechanisms and practices necessary to improve integration programs in the primary education stages. The research contributes to drawing the general framework for educational policies and future directions for raising and educating people with disabilities in the primary education stages.
