استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على أهم سبل مواجهة تحديات إدارة التغيير التنظيمي بالجامعات المصرية ودورها في تطوير الجامعات المصرية، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. وتم تقديم مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لمواجهة تحديات ومعوقات إدارة التغيير التنظيمي بالجامعات، أهمها: إعادة النظر في رؤية ورسالة الجامعة بشكل يتلاءم مع تحديات العصر ومطالبه ليتحقق التغيير تدريجياً بالجامعات والكليات مع التطور التكنولوجي، والتغيير في هيكلية الكليات والجامعات حتي تستطيع مواجهة التأثير القوي للتغييرات وتحديات العصر، والتخطيط المسبق من قبل الإدارة لإدارة التغيير التنظيمي، وتحليل العوامل والمتغيرات والظروف الطارئة بالبيئة الداخلية والخارجة للجامعات، وملاحظة التغيير وتحديد سرعته والوقت اللازم له لتحديد الخيارات الإستراتيجية لإدارته، وتعرف الإدارة علي دوافع إدارة التغيير التنظيمي وتحدياته وسبل مواجهته، وتنمية مهارات الإبداع والابتكار لدى القيادات الجامعية والتغيير للقيام بعملية إدارة التغيير التنظيمي بكفاءة وجودة. This research aimed to identify the most important ways to face the challenges of managing organizational change in Egyptian universities and their role in developing Egyptian universities. The most important of which are: reconsidering the vision and mission of the university in a way that is compatible with the challenges and demands of the era so that change can be achieved gradually in universities and colleges with technological development, and the change in the structure of colleges and universities so that they can face the strong impact of changes and challenges of the era, advance planning by the administration to manage organizational change, and analyze factors and variables and emergency conditions in the internal and external environment of universities, noticing change and determining its speed and time required for it to determine the strategic options for its management, and the administration knows the motives of managing organizational change and its challenges and ways to confront it, and developing the creativity and innovation skills of university leaders and change to carry out the process of managing organizational change efficiently and with quality.
