تأتي الإدارة الواعدة علي رأس أولويات الدول لتحقيق رقيٍ ونهضة شاملة في كافة المجالات، والإدارة تنتقل من إطارها النظري الفلسفي المثالي إلى واقع عملي ممارس ينقل الأمم والشعوب والأفراد نقلة حضارية واعدة. فالمؤسسات التعليمية في العالم أجمع تواجه تحديات كبيرة نتيجة النمو المتسارع للمسيرة التعليمية، وفي دول العالم الثالث تشتد هذه التحديات بسبب التأثير المفروض على الحركة التعليمية الناتج عن التطور الكبير في المعارف، ويستلزم كل هذا من هذه المؤسسات إدارة تعليمية مبدعة تواكب التطور بما يضمن لها الاستمرار والتقدم والقدرة على مواجهة تحديات المستقبل كونها تقوم بالدور الأكبر في تنمية البلدان وتنميتها. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه تحقيق التميز الإداري لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية بدمياط. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في تحقيق أهدافه، تم اختيار المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات في البحث. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة ممثلة من خبراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية وعددهم 5، و25 من مديري ومعلمي المدارس الثانوية بدمياط وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم متطلبات تحقيق التميز الإداري لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية بدمياط. Promising management comes at the top of the priorities of countries to achieve progress and a comprehensive renaissance in all fields. The management moves from its ideal theoretical and philosophical framework to a practical and practical reality that transfers nations, peoples, and individuals with a promising civilized transfer. Educational institutions all over the world are facing great challenges as a result of the rapid growth of the educational process. In the third world countries these challenges are intensified because of the impact imposed on the educational movement resulting from the great development in knowledge. The ability to face the challenges of the future, as it plays the largest role in the development and development of countries. The research aims to identify the obstacles facing the achievement of administrative excellence among principals of secondary schools in Damietta, and the research relied on the descriptive approach in achieving its objectives. The interview was chosen as a tool for collecting data in the research. The study was applied to fifth of a representative sample of experts from the faculty members of the Faculty of Education, and twenty-fifth of principals and teachers at secondary schools in Damietta. The results reached the most important requirements for achieving administrative excellence among principals of secondary schools in Damietta. (Published abstract)
