استهدف البحث الكشف عن واقع دور الأنشطة التربوية في تنمية الوعي الاجتماعي بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة دمياط من وجهة نظرمدراء، ووكلاء، ومعلمي، وأخصائي، ومسؤولي الدمج بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة دمياط، وذلك سعياً للوصول إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات من شأنها تفعل دور الأنشطة التربوية في تنمية الوعي الاجتماعي بمدارس التربية الخاصة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف الرئيس سعت الدراسة في إطارها النظري في محورها الأول: إلى التعرف على مفهوم الأنشطة التربوية بأنواعها، وتوضيح دورها في الوعي الاجتماعي للتلاميذ ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، أما محورها الثاني يتم الوقوف من خلالها على تحديد مفهوم الوعي الاجتماعي، وأنواع الوعي الاجتماعي، وأبعاده. وقد اعتمد البحث في منهجيته على المنهج الوصفي، أما الاطار الميداني فقد استخدم الباحثون أداة الاستبانة، حيث طبقت على عينة قوامها (375) فرداً، حيث توصل البحث في نتائجه إلى أن المتوسط العام لدرجة تقدير أفراد الدراسة جاء عالياً حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمجال الأول ككل (3.86)، مما يشير إلى فاعلية دور الأنشطة التربوية في مدارس التربية الخاصة وما لها من دور إيجابي وفعال في تنمية الوعي الاجتماعي للطلاب وزيادة الثقة بالنفس والاندماج المجتمعي. كما أوصى الباحثون بالعديد من التوصيات لتفعيل دور الأنشطة التربوية في تنمية الوعي الاجتماعي للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بضرورة زيادة المساهمة في إشراك الطلاب في المناسبات الدينية لتعظيم الشعائر الدينية واحترامها، زيادة الحرص على زيادة الوعي والانتماء الديني والعقائدي للطلاب، زيادة الأنشطة التي تضمن القيام باستضافة مسؤولين من الأجهزة الأمنية في المدرسة لنشر الثقافة الأمنية بين الطلاب. The research aimed to reveal the reality of the role of educational activities in developing social awareness in special education schools in Damietta Governorate from the point of view of principals, agents, teachers, specialists, and integration officials in special education schools in Damietta Governorate, in an effort to reach a set of recommendations and proposals that would activate the role of educational activities in Developing social awareness in special education schools. And to achieve this main goal, the study sought in its theoretical framework in its first axis: To identify the concept of educational activities of all kinds, and to clarify their role in the social awareness of students with special needs, while its second axis is to stand through it on defining the concept of social awareness, the types of social awareness, and its dimensions, and the research relied in its methodology on the descriptive approach. The researchers used the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a sample of (375) individuals, as the research concluded in its results that the general average of the degree of appreciation of the study individuals was high, as the arithmetic mean for the first field as a whole was (3.86). This indicates the effectiveness of the role of educational activities in special education schools and their positive and effective role in developing students' social awareness and increasing self-confidence and community integration. Involving students in religious events to honor and respect religious rites, increasing keenness to raise students’ religious and ideological awareness and affiliation, increasing activities that include hosting officials from the security services in the school to spread security culture among students.
