يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي والتنظيمي للمنظمات الدولية الداعمة لحقوق الاطفال اللاجئين، والتعرف على أبرز الجهود الداعمة لتأهيل الأطفال اللاجئين بمدارس دول الصراع، وتحديد أبرز التوجيهات الدولية للمنظمات الداعمة لحقوق الأطفال التعليمية بدول الصراع، والوصول إلى التصور المقترح لتفعيل الجهود التعليمية بالمؤسسات الدولية؛ لإعادة تأهيل الأطفال اللاجئين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بدمياط للمنظمات الداعمة لحقوق الأطفال التعليمة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت إلى: ضرورة تهيئة الطلاب اللاجئين للانضمام إلى المجتمع المصري من خلال تعديلهم سلوكيًا ونفسيًا واجتماعيًا، وأهمية توفير المواقف التعليمية التي تخفف من حدة آثار اللجوء، وتشجيع الطلاب اللاجئين على المشاركة في حياة التعليمية بالمدرسة، وترسيخ القيم الاجتماعية والوجدانية والسلوكية التي توجه الطلاب اللاجئين تنمي الاستقلالية وتقدير الذات، ومساعدة الطلاب للاجئين على التعبير عن مشاعرهم وانفعالاتهم وميولهم وإشباع احتياجاتهم. This research aims to identify the conceptual and organizational framework of international organizations supporting the rights of refugee children, Identify the most prominent efforts supporting the rehabilitation of refugee children in schools in conflict countries. Identifying the most prominent international directives for organizations supporting children's educational rights in conflict countries. And access to the proposed vision to activate educational efforts in international organizations to rehabilitate refugee children in basic education schools in Damietta for organizations supporting children's rights to education. The study used the descriptive approach and found the need to prepare refugee students to join the Egyptian society by modifying them behaviorally, psychologically, and socially.
