هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف علي واقع استخدام مدخل إدارة الوقت في تحسين الميزة التنافسية للمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الدقهلية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما اعتمد علي الإستبانة كأداة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. وطبقت علي عينة مكونة من (221) مديرًا ومديرة بالمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الدقهلية. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن واقع استخدام مدخل إدارة الوقت بالمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الدقهلية (يتحقق بدرجة كبيرة)، وأن درجة تحقق الميزة التنافسية بالمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الدقهلية (تتحقق بدرجه كبيرة). The aim of this research is to identify the reality of using the time management approach to improve the competitive advantage of primary schools in Dakahlia Governorate, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the research used the descriptive approach, and it relied on the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data and information, and it was applied to a sample consisting of (221) principals in primary schools. In Dakahlia Governorate, and the results of the study concluded that the reality of using the time management approach in primary schools in Dakahlia Governorate (is achieved to a large degree), and that the degree of achievement of competitive advantage in primary schools in Dakahlia Governorate (is achieved to a large degree).
