استهدف هذا البحث الحالي التعرف على أهم الآليات الإجرائية لتوظيف الأبعاد المعلوماتية لنظام المناعة المنظمية في إدارة الأزمات بالجامعات المصرية، من خلال التعرف علي ماهية نظام المناعة المنظمية، والتعرف علي أهم الأبعاد المعلوماتية لنظام المناعة المنظمية في إدارة الأزمات بالجامعات المصرية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. وتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات، أهمها: ضرورة الربط والتكامل بين أبعاد نظم المناعة المنظمية واستراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات ونظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية في الجامعات المصرية، عن طريق قنوات اتصال فاعلة تتسم بالانسيابية والمرونة بين الإدارات المختلفة واستخدام نظم تكنولوجية متطورة وخاصة نظم دعم القرارات والمحاكاة، وضرورة زيادة الوعي بأهمية تطبيق نظم المناعة المنظمية كأحد أهم منظومات الحماية من الأزمات الداخلية والخارجية، من خلال التدريب المستمر للعاملين وعقد جلسات عصف ذهني لتحليل التهديدات لإيجاد الحلول وزيادة التوريث المعرفي للخبرات والتجارب بين العاملين السابقين والجدد. This research aimed to identify the most important procedural mechanisms for employing the informational dimensions of the systemic immune system in crisis management in Egyptian universities, by identifying the nature of the systemic immunity system, and identifying the most important informational dimensions of the systemic immune system in crisis management in Egyptian universities, and the descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the research. A set of recommendations and proposals were presented, the most important of which are: the necessity of linking and integrating the dimensions of organizational immune systems, crisis management strategies and strategic information systems in Egyptian universities, through effective communication channels that are fluid and flexible between different departments and the use of advanced technological systems, especially decision support and simulation systems, and the necessity Increasing awareness of the importance of applying organizational immune systems as one of the most important protection systems from internal and external crises, through continuous training of workers and holding brainstorming sessions to analyze threats to find solutions and increase the knowledge inheritance of expertise and experience between former and new workers.
