تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس التالي: ما دور إدارة الأنشطة الجامعية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري؟ أهداف الدراسة: 1) بيان مفهوم إدارة الأنشطة الطلابية في الجامعات. 2) التعرف على أهمية الأنشطة الطلابية الجامعية. 3) التعرف على مفهوم الأمن الفكري والانحراف الفكري لدى طلاب الجامعات. 4) معرفة وسائل تهديد الأمن الفكري. 5) بيان تأثير الأنشطة الجامعية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري. 6) بيان الكلمات الدالة على الجوانب المختلفة للأنشطة الجامعية التي تعالج الأمن الفكري. 7) بيان المحاور والحالات المورفولوجية التي تبين عوامل ومشكلة وحلول إدارة الأنشطة الجامعية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري مع استخدام تحليل المضمون. مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها: يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة بالكتب عن الأمن الفكري والأنشطة الجامعية التي استطاع الباحث الوصول إليها خلال فترة الدراسة المحدودة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة بمجموعة من الكتب التي تناولت الأمن الفكري في المكتبة العربية وإدارات الأنشطة الطلابية في جامعة الملك سعود بن عبدالعزيز للعلوم الصحية. منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد أسلوب تحليل المضمون، وأسلوب التحليل المورفولوجي وأداة السيناريو. أهم النتائج: 1) إن ضعف الاستقرار النفسي وقلة اللقاءات الإلكترونية في الأنشطة الجامعية وسرعة وسهولة الوصول إلى العالم الإلكتروني مع صعوبة الرقابة عليه يكون أرضا خصبة لجذب وتداول الأفكار الهدامة التي تعزز الانحراف الفكري. 2) إن عدم الفهم الصحيح للإسلام وضعف الحوار وقصور دور الجامعات لتعزيز الأمن الفكري ضمن الأنشطة الجامعية المختلفة يزيد من مظاهر الانحراف الفكري. 3) إن التفكك الأسري والمشاكل النفسية وقلة الأنشطة الرياضية التي تساعد على تفريغ طاقات الشباب إغفالا من الجامعات لدورها التربوي يزيد احتمال حدوث الانحراف الفكري. أهم التوصيات: 1) ضرورة استخدام وتوظيف الأنشطة الجامعية لنشر الأفكار الصحيحة التي تحارب أفكار الفئات الضالة عبر الوسائل الإلكترونية المختلفة مع وجود الاستقرار النفسي وإحكام الرقابة على الانترنت مما يعزز الأمن الفكري. 2) العمل على تعزيز دور الجامعات من خلال إنشاء وحدة فكرية ضمن أندية الأنشطة الجامعية لنشر مبادئ الوسطية والاعتدال والفهم الصحيح للإسلام مع فتح قنوات الحوار مما يعزز الأمن الفكري. 3) الحث على التماسك الأسري والاستقرار النفسي واهتمام الجامعات بالأنشطة الرياضية التي تساعد على تفريغ طاقات الشباب مما يقلل من احتمال حدوث الانحراف الفكري. The problem of this study consists of answering the main question which is: What is the role of university activities management in enhancing intellectual security? Study objectives: 1) Promoting awareness in the administration of student-based activities. 2) Communicating the importance of university-based student activities. 3) Communicating the importance of intellectual security and deviant thinking. 4) Understanding the means of intellectual security threats. 5) Demonstrating the impact of student-based activities in increasing intellectual security knowledge. 6) Presenting the key words linked to university-based activities that remedy deviant thinking related to intellectual security. 7) Presenting the morphological axes and their related cases that illustrate the factors, problems, and solutions of managing university-based activities in promoting intellectual security. The study community consists of books on intellectual security and student activities that the researcher could reach during the limited period of this study, and the sample of the study consisted of a series of books dealing with intellectual security at the Arabic library, and student activities at King Saud Bin Abdelaziz University for Health Sciences. The researcher used the descriptive method, while he adopted the tool of content analysis, morphology, and the scenario. Main results: 1) Weak psychological stability, and lack of e – meetings in university activities, and the easy access to electronic world with difficulty of censorship, making it easy to circulate deviant thoughts which increase deviant thinking. 2) Wrong understanding of Islam and weak public discussions, and the weak role of universities to promote intellectual security within different university activities increases the appearance of deviant thinking. 3) Family disintegration, and psychological problems, and lack of sport activities help in relieving youth energies because of the ignorance of universities educational role, which increases the occurrence of deviant thinking.
