نظرًا لتجدد المتغيرات المجتمعية وآلياتها، أصبحت الجامعة مطالبة بأن تواكب التغيرات وتلك التحولات والمتطلبات والاستجابة لها، والإسهام في حل المشكلات التي يواجها المجتمع. وعليها الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا وآليات التعلّم عن بعد، من خلال منصات التعلم الرقمية، والدروس الافتراضية المقدمة عن طريق الشبكات الاجتماعية والإنترنت، ونتج عن ذلك العديد من التحديات منها عدم التأكد من الجاهزية لتقديم التعليم عن بعد وتوافر متطلبات ذلك؛ حيث أن تقديم خدمات التعليم عن بعد تتطلب ضرورة الاستعداد لذلك والتجهيز له من خلال وضع المحتوى والأنشطة التي تدعم التعليم عن بعد، واختيار الأدوات المناسبة لذلك، التأكد من توافر البنية الرقمية اللازمة لذلك، وتهيئة الطلاب والمعلمين لتقبل ذلك وتدريبهم عليه. لذلك هدفت الدراسة الكشف من مطالب التعليم الإلكتروني في جامعة غريان من وجهة أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، وذلك للنهوض بهذا النوع من التعليم وبالتالي المساهمة في رفع من مستوع هذا النمط من التعليم وتطويره، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبيان لمعرفة أهم مطالب التعليم الإلكتروني بجامعة غريان وقد اشتمل الاستبيان على (44) فقرة موزعة على بعض كليات جامعة غريان واشتمل الاستبيان على أربعة محاور رئيسية، وتوصلت الدارسة الى مجموعة من المطالب التي يجب توفرها عند تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني حيث تأتي المطالب الخاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس في المرتبة الأولى تليها المطالب المتعلقة بالطالب ثم تأتي المطالب الواجب توافرها في المنهج في المرتبة الثالثة وأخيرا المطالب الواجب توافرها في البيئة التعليمية. Due to the renewal of societal changes and their mechanisms, the university is required to keep pace with and respond to the changes, transformations and requirements, and to contribute to solving the problems facing society. It must take advantage of technology and distance learning mechanisms, through digital learning platforms and virtual lessons provided through social networks and the Internet. This has resulted in many challenges, including uncertainty about the readiness to provide distance education and the availability of the requirements for it; Providing distance education services requires the need to prepare for this and prepare for it by developing content and activities that support distance education, choosing the appropriate tools for this, ensuring the availability of the necessary digital infrastructure for this, and preparing students and teachers to accept this and training them in it. Therefore, the study aimed to reveal the demands of e-learning at Gharyan University from the point of view of its faculty members, in order to advance this type of education and thus contribute to raising and developing the scope of this type of education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to find out the most important demands of e-learning at Gharyan University. The questionnaire included (44) items distributed among some of the faculties of Gharyan University. The questionnaire included four main axes. The study arrived at a set of demands that must be met when implementing e-learning, where the demands of faculty members come in the first place. Followed by the demands related to the student, then the demands that must be met in the curriculum come in third place, and finally, the demands that must be met in the educational environment.
